The Patricia L. Black Community Health Center

The Patricia L. Black Community Health Center a part of the Mt. Sinai Center for Health and Wellness is built upon these words from Christ about serving the least, the lonely, and the lost. This Christian mission will serve the working poor who can't afford medical insurance by providing totally free healthcare services.   This care is provided to those who are often the ones that most desperately need medical attention but have no way to pay for it.

The Patricia L. Black Community Health Center is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization under the Mt. Sinai Center for Health and Wellness that uses 100% of financial contributions to provide medical care for the medically uninsured working members of our community

With one in five Americans lacking health insurance, there are many people suffering with unmet medical needs. In an effort to address this situation locally, Pastor, Dr. Larry G. Mills is working with Orlando's medical community to develop an expanded initiative to address the health needs of those who are unable to pay.  With more and more people requiring these services, there is an urgent need for additional funding and expansion, including:

• Money to grow the clinic to serve more of those in need
• Space to house additional physicians, nurses, and volunteers willing to help
• Support for individuals and families without means to access medical care
• Renovations and expansion of our current space, including additional exam rooms, plumbing, electrical, heat/air, painting, and carpeting
• Needed medical equipment, supplies, medicine, lab work, radiology, and other diagnostics

A fund has been established to support the Patricia L. Black Community Health Center, a not-for-profit organization.
